RETURNS
I can not accept returns because each dress is made to order, unless the item you receive is defective or damaged.
EXCHANGES
If you receive your dress and it does not fit or the color is not what you wanted you may exchange your dress for a different size or color. Please contact me within 24 days of receiving your dress to make an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping label and for all the shipping costs
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
